[The following is a document {sjt#9-1} I recieved from My Aunt Peggy
Thomas Bakken. It was a photo graphic copy of apparently at least two or
three generations. The copy I received was yet another photocopy. It is
reproduced here as best we could do. The document was not consistant in
indentations and other small formatting items. Items in brackets I put in.
