AMADOR Y CARMEN |
Alfredo ? Solano ?
|
||
Manuel and Victoria died a bit young so their oldest child raised the younger children.
Manuel was a wealthy land owner and lived in a large house. He owned the complete block. He rented land to farmers and ranchers. He also raised race horses. His son Juan walked the horses and wanted to be a jockey when he was a child. His older sister, Rosita, did not want him to be a jockey and forced him to go to school.
When Manuel suddenly became ill and died, nobody knew any details about the properties as there was very little paperwork. Most of his business dealings was done by handshakes alone. Nobody knew which houses he owned and the properties were lost to his family.
Had 17 children. Three children died at age of 30.
Rosita and Florencia were tall and had dark skin and green eyes.
