Johann George Böshaar, son of Johann Jacob Bashore and Anna Catharina Margaretha Bauman, was born on 17 Mar 1717 in New Heesburg, Scoharie Co, New York,27 was christened on 6 Jun 1717 in New Heesburg, Scoharie Co, New York, died in 1786 in Bethel Twp, Berks Co, Pa at age 69, and was buried in Bashore Family Cem, Bethel Twp, Berks Co, Pa.

In the name of God, amen. This sixteenth day of May, one thousand seven hundred and eighty-five, I Georg Bosher of Bethel Township in Berks County and Province of Pennsylvania, a freeholder, am now sick in body, but God be thanks in sound memory and understanding thereby. Considering my morality and know that it is appointed for all people to die, therefore make and ordain this my last will and testament. Firstly, I commit my soul in the hands of God that gave it and my body to the earth to bury me in honest and Christian manner, at the discretion of my executors and touching my timely goods or estate wherewith God before me in this life. I give and bequeath the same on following manner and form---

Firstly, it is my will and do order that my son Michael Bosher shall have my place that I have for an heritage and evermore seven acres and three quarters of stump and the woodland where joins on Daniel Bosher This is my will that he, namely Michael Bosher shall have forever. Further is my will that and order that my son Michael Bosher shall have the four horses and two wagons, one plow (?) and one harrow and one heffer. Further is my will that my son Michael Bosher must give out to my children two hundred and twenty pounds further is my will and order that my son Michael must give my wife Maria Catherina fine white wheat meal, as much as she wants so long as she lives, and every year six bushels of rye and one bushel of Indian corn, and every year the third part potatoes. That they want and supply her with wood as much as she wants to cut and haul home, and to cut it small at the house. Further I have ordered and bequeathed to my wife two cows. It is my will that my son Michael Bosher must keep her the cows and heffer in summer in the fence where he goes, namely the milch cattle, and further as good as in summer his own, so is further my will that Michael Bosher every year make fat a heffer one year old to kill for my wife as long as she lives, further is my will that Michael Bosher must give my wife Catharina every year one fat swine of one hundred pounds as long as she lives and one bushel of salt and peck of fine salt further every year as long as she lives. Further is my wish and order that my wife shall have the half part in the cook and hapbige [?] Garden. Further is my will that Michael Boshar must give my wife two bowels of cyter, further is my will that my wife shall likewise have cyter for apple butter as much as she wants, and is my will that my wife shall have apples to dry as many as she wants, and can fetch apples in the cellar as many as she wants, further is my will that my wife Catherina shall have the half of __?__ and eggs as long as she lives. They may have many or __?__ place, further is my will and order that my son Michael shall have two of the heffers of my cattle to his use with this reservation until my youngest daughter is grown or marriageable, then Michael Boshar must give Maria Boshar two cows without any retaliation, but what further be raised of the two heffers that belongs to Michael Boshar for him, further is my will and order that my wife shall have three of my sheep which she Maria and Michael Boshar must keep two in feed summer and winter and George Strubehauer one, further is my will that Michael Boshar shall have two of my sheep to his use with this reservation till my daughter Maria is marriageable then he must give her two but what be raised of the sheep belongs to Michael Bosher, further is my will and order that all tachlings and house furniture in the house upstairs and cellar or room and chamber in linnen in spinnings in wool principally it may have name as it will that must remain all unmoved until after the Mother, my wife Catherina's death, that my children shall distribute all in equal shares, further is my will and ordain that my son Michael Bosher must give my wife Catherina to ¡rite [?] when she wants it, further is my will and order that my wife Catherina shall have after my death fifty pounds, forty pounds stands by Abraham till that my wife Catherina shall have, and ten pounds I will give her in cash and my will is what my wife Catherina has remaining of this money after her death that shall be distributed among my children in equal shares, further is my will and order that all the money what I am worth in notes bonds books debts are all what is in my chest shall be distributed in equal shares among my eight children after my death; while I have given to George Strubehauer, my son in law fifty acres of land, for his wife my daughter Magdalena her heritage. So is further my will and order that George Strubehauer must give out fifty pounds among my children. Catherina Bosher has received of me fifty pounds namely of me George Bosher she shall have sixty pounds more. Jacob Boshar has received of me George Bosher eighty pounds at hand. He shall have forty pounds more. Daniel Bosher has of me George Bosher hundred and three pounds at hand. Maria Catherina has received of me George Bosher thirty pounds. She shall have fifty pounds more. Maria Elizabeth Bosher shall have forty pounds, further has John Boshar received his first heritage of me George Bosher, so is my good will that his two children each one shall have ten pounds. It is my will and order that Maria Bosher shall have that piece of land on Pint Creek as her heritage for fifty pounds forever. She shall have fifty pounds more in money and shall have a dowry in house furniture and cattle like Magdalena. Further in my will and order that Maria Bosher have her dowry of my estate and desire the executors appointed that they observe it. Further is my will and order that Michael Bosher and George Strugehauer shall be free from the above date five years and when the five years is expired then they must pay every year in payment twenty five pounds. Michael Bosher must pay yearly twenty pounds and George Strubehauer five pounds but the last payment is no more than ten pounds that Michael Bosher must pay, further is my will and order that my wife Catherina has her widow just in the new house as long as she lives. Further is my will that my youngest daughter Maria so long as she is single may stay by her mother in the house and to rule so long as she lives in the house, further is my will that Michael Bosher shall have all the horse gears and a large chain with the horses. Further is my will that the weaving loom shall remain where it stands till after my wife's death and then be distributed among my children.
And lastly I do set and ordain Jacob Bosher and Daniel Bosher for my true executors of this my last will and testament and I confirm and steadfast this my last will and no other.
Signed, sealed, publicly declared and acknowledged through George Bosher as his last will and testament in the presence of us the subscribers.
